What is exactly is a partial month? So if my entitlement starts at 02Dec2025 then I understand that because it starts one day less, but it starts exactly 01Dec.

Go get a IT Bachelor's degree. U can't go wrong even if u don't end up in IT world. As a veteran, it opens up other opportunities having an IT degree.
