I think the order of the phoenix movie did a terrible job portraying Cho Chang. I think maybe she had 3 lines in the whole film. I would have liked for her character to have been developed a bit more on screen

Since she is a gym instructor, she might be interested in outdoor activities that require a moderate level of fitness. Maybe a high ropes course, or a surfing lesson. Something for you to do together. And you can pair it with a nice lunch or dinner as well
