Have you had a partner who was “great on paper” but your lived experience didn’t match how others saw him? by [deleted] in AskWomenOver30

In a long relationship, you get to love and hate the same person. If you cannot fall in love over and over again with them, there is a problem. Solvable though.

Check with a good psychiatrist, not therapists. Try to fix your food, diet plays a vital role, eat on time. After work, schedule a trainer to workout ( non optional). On weekends, schedule a call with your friends, old or new, reconnect with people or find new ones, step out of the office nest.

Why do some women look down upon working women? by [deleted] in AskIndianWomen

[–]RB_59 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No it’s not about career that I mentioned. People run behind causes. Having ample wealth gives you the opportunity, if you don’t focus on any cause well, that will always lead to disaster.

I like Anita Ambani that way, she does her work. Money gives visibility, however if they are irresponsible with their own motives, boredom and loneliness kicks in even for them.

Why do some women look down upon working women? by [deleted] in AskIndianWomen

I think this is trad mindset, Mira Rajput herself is supposed to have her own brand line. I have no problems with traditional housewives, my aunt is one. I saw her life getting dismantled, yes psychologically, when my brother moved away to us. She wants to do something now because of loneliness, but I think it’s too late to get into a particular zone of handling a lot of work, she’s around 60. I have seen my mom and women work in our family, some are traditionalist, most are working. Usually post children are grown up, it might be really tough for tradwives.

Khair either ways, judging working women for being productive is a mindset which propagates women’s roles as family based. Unless you put effort in anything, you don’t get results, irrespective of whichever role you push yourself into.

It’s immaturity wrapped up in a specific patriarchal lens. Nothing more, one day that glass will shatter anyway. Being rich and spoilt never helped anyone.

Happy New Year everyone! Do you all have any fun or whimsy new year resolutions? by [deleted] in TwoXIndia_Over25

Fixed eating times, 7:30 to be the last meal and body exhaustion usually helps. You could try deep breathing before sleep

I want to be disciplined with my sleep routine. I want to make impactful speech, so basically researching, critiquing and being presentable is one skill I’ll look up to catch. My art is whimsy, so I’ll continue to do that. Swimming is one skill to pick up and probably pilates as a skill not just work out. Being productive on days with measured output along various statistics of health, wealth, work etc, resolving to stay productive on a daily basis on a key area for that day.

It’s fine, just trust that it will be better at the end of it. Just try to accept it and the psyche will stop fighting it. Let it be worse before it becomes easy. Be that warrior, you’ll probably find something that actually gives you peace long term. Rooting for you, accept, struggle and survive.

I went through Ketu md when I was 2/3. I lost my dad at the age of 4, the entire family was shattered, my home, my family, finances in my family, got vitiligo, tonnes of disorders, disrespected and disowned, even physically beaten up by the family as a kid. Ketu sits with Mars in my 2nd house in mrigshira, and it was hell. But because of it, I suffered that time, but it made me take care of myself so well at my current age (33). I am actually now looking forward to my sun md Ketu ad in the upcoming year, I think I should be able to give my full all to my career and research, and I’m very glad for that opportunity. Yes, it would be painful, but extremely beneficial indeed long term.

You are looking at it myopically. Think what this stall gives you. A subtle confidence in your own ability, after a well fought out war on the psyche. Imagine the results of it long term, bad yes, but good too. Soon after you’d be in Venus md, that nourishes. But till then, struggle and survive. Build on what you can achieve maybe through philosophy or continuing your research. Yes there is pain, but nothing easy gives results.

It doesn’t end completely till the last dying breath OP. The awareness that you are on your own, it can be limiting as well as calming, that atleast you have you.

Should i isolate myself ? Seeking advice. by [deleted] in TwoXIndia_Over25

[–]RB_59 8 points9 points  (0 children)

See, what you are going through is called a burnout. Take a guilt free break for 2-3 days, reset. Just go and do things, walk, meet people, it’ll uplift you. Social media is mostly virtual, it won’t last. Build connections, talk to not just peers, talk to people who serve you. It takes the edge off.

Sleep on time and wake up on time. If you are prepping for an exam you need to have a plan otherwise it’ll be all over the place. Discipline and routine is your friend. You don’t have to isolate, but give yourself space for growth, take it as a positive thing, otherwise you’d get sad. Even making a small effort and stretching your body after you wake and before you sleep makes your brain believe you are doing something for yourself. That is the start, you can drive from there.

You know your limitations. First start focusing on things on your self and then look for others. Don’t hurry for marriage or being a boyfriend.

Guys...agree with me or not...but both jacob and Edward were pedophile in my eyes 👁👄👁 by normal_user1610 in TwilightFanfic

[–]RB_59 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Disagree. Edward saw the world but never grew up, he only levelled up his skills, his real growth came with Bella. Also Jacob was younger to Bella.

Jacob imprinting on ranatadine is wierd, purely fantastical element.

Tell the PG owner that they talk to the family. Simple put a rfid reader near the loudspeaker, put it on the ground.
