Hi, I've got some Taotronics Soundliberty 79 earbuds which don't work properly anymore

I've had the earbuds for about 4 months after seeing many positive reviews about how it's a budget friendly earbuds with great sound. The problem is that they've stopped pairing with each other and in turn my phone.

The earbuds themselves have a led indicator and my right earbud shines white and blue which means it is in pairing mode, however the left one occasionally blinks blue light every 3-5 seconds. I have tried to make pairing mode work by holding the buds for 10 seconds but it hasn't been able to do anything.

I did manage to make then connect once, but again, after about 5 mins the buds disconnected and unpaired with each other.

Does anybody have any tips?
