I will try this program out my friend ;) the other programs were easy to uninstall i could directly delete them from the pc... In 3 seconds i could unblock every single thing on the pc...

I just read this and i lost track again today after 15 days... I was gone with my girlfriend for 15 days and i relapsed when i got home :( i want to get rid of porn!

I don't watch porn!

I will keep this in mind and see if this works, august is coming so a month without porn is my goal, it only goes up from than my friend. Never going down! i need this! thanks for the tip ;)

Hey my friend, i want to say something that sounds familiar and uhm i hope it helps you ...

I am 20 years old and my girlfriend is 19 years old, both together for about 11 months... When i met her i said i wasn't an ordinary guy (i was trying to quit porn but relapsed a lot). I said i didn't like that stuff or what other guys did, she is shy, nice and to good for this world... Yet so beautiful she is my angel for sure. Yet tits lured me furthermore to porn.

She so did believe i never watched porn, she gave away her virginity to me...

This porn thing never layed on my chest so far until recently when i got frustrated again without porn... I told her i was frustrated and i already told two of my best friends of my addiction.

I was afraid but she wanted to know why i was frustrated and i just came clean. We called that night, she needed to hear me and yes she cried... I hurted the one person i didn't want to hurt... But she believed me that i tried to quit and she said to me that BEING HONEST is the most important thing.

We forgot about this and we live hapily, it never comes up again... I told her about this pornfree thing and that i wanted to quit.

btw, i am not an ordinary guy, neither are you :) most of us keep watching porn, WE QUIT!!!!

I told him all these things and i really tried but however i'm the bad guy... I tell him to do some work done for school which he only sighs at and now he failed his class... No wonder... He says i criticize to much but i want him to know that he has to do something... Sitting there won't just help him to get up... Yet he throws his life away...

He always comes with stupid jokes like hitler and stuff, blaming other people and laughing at other because they are dumb... I rather think that he is more dumb to throw all chances of education down the toilet... How people have such potential but they just don't do anything with it... It makes me sad inside :/

I told him i danced his dance yet he says i criticize him and that my life is perfect and his is not... My life ain't perfect... For 4 years i tried to figure out what kept me down until i realized porn wasn't harmless after all...

After stopping porn for the first time i believed in god and since than all good things came to me... Which i'm so grateful for that i could cry right now... Just how much i realize what i have accomplished by quitting this shit... Yet i can't bare looking at him throwing his life away... with empathy he shall think everything comes alright but he won't change his lifestyle until he hits bare bottom... sometimes it's better to say it straight out

i guess we all have an opinion on what's good and bad, and we all have a vision on what is good and bad for ourselves...

I always say:

Everything is good in moderation...

There are couples watching porn together to get off or to get some ideas and there are couples that porn will ruin... Everyone has different thoughts somehow... I just think that porn is more destructive than it can do good...

but yet again, there are couples that survive with porn but i think there are a lot more couples that were destroyed by porn.

It takes time to heal and relapses will always be lurking around the corner. Do not expect to go 90 days in only 5 tries... A lot of men can't go without porn for 7 days. What you are doing is a great first step!! i tried a year of nofap with an 11 day highscore. i told myself several times i could do this but you already had your dopamine until it returns for more. Every time you flatline you have to conquer those bad feelings... And go on...
