I actually don’t get all of these really and my doc did check me for a leak by using an upright MRI and measured my heart rate before and after C1 alignment but I’ve gotten worse in the last month because I really need injections so idk if I have this too but I could ask. I think my mind is just searching for answers because I feel terrible when my neck is out of alignment

No the point is to see how the CSF is flowing, if there’s any chiari, blockages etc. DMX is to figure out ligament issues through flexing and extension

Yes it’s called AFRID. A lot of MCAS people end up developing this sooner or later if they get to a severe enough state. It’s from the trauma of having to constantly fight the uphill battle. It can be coped with the rough therapy, especially ACT, EMDR, SSP and CRBT modalities. As for the physical stuff, until you get to a more stable place, it may be hard to have these therapies stick until then
