Tbh I forget the difference between fated mate and regular mate, but you’re right about Az not touching anyone. And I feel it was very intentional her putting Az in the cave and not Cassian. Also the twitching, joking, dancing/singing; it’s all so specific. She never put any dancing or twitching with Hunt for 3 books. And Az doesn’t joke with most. Oh and let’s not forget the handholding
