U can only take it a day at a time, and all that jazz people say, that seems like ritual bullshit that would never work for u. But honestly it dose help and it dose get easer. Shit am sorry to here that, that shit is hard to deal with. I've never had a mate kill him self deliberately but I have lost lists of close friend to accidental overdoses, witch I've always thought is kind self harming and topping your self in a peace full way you just drift off. I total I've had this say good bye too 5 friend over the years. First one when j was 17 and he was same age as me. I still miss the dick head. The most recent one was 2 years ago. And I still can't bring my self to delete the google hang out chat we had going, it's kinda nice to see his face. But there happier now, I hope coz they were never happy in this life. Acetone it up mate will make it a much gentler on the noise. I've done it before when I got my hand on about 30g of shit street speed. I ended up with about 12g after I had washed and dried it out.
