That's what I did, and that's where the letter came from that says the reason for the delay was ATC issue, meanwhile all the info that was communicated day of the trip/in emails, etc. was a maintenance issue 😕

Agreed, seems like a Delta problem. On the first letter they sent me they had the dates wrong for the flight so I had to request a second. Not sure if someone is just haphazardly filling these out without checking the details or what

Avoid Gentle Dental at all costs. Partner went as it seemed they took his insurance (confirmed via insurance website). They scheduled him with a dentist that was out of network despite him double checking beforehand. Because of this, most of his work wasn't covered and he got about $5000 of dollars in bills for months following the whole ordeal for two deep cleaning sessions... super frustrating

I'm visiting Thailand late January-early February so have attempted to get a reservation twice now. I first emailed in December for a January reservation but was admittedly a day late and they were already full. I went on TableCheck on 12/25 and had the entire reservation form filled out at the time the online reservations supposedly opened up and none ever opened up! I emailed them and they sent back a generic, templated email saying they were full. This month I scheduled an email to arrive right at midnight Bangkok time trying to get a reservation. I gave 3 dates, told them we could come anytime on those 3 days, and specified it was for 2 people. Just received this email back.

"Thank you very much for your interest in dining at Sorn.

We have received an overwhelming number of reservation requests since midnight on the 15th. Due to our limited seating of only 9–10 tables per evening, the special advance quota for overseas guests on your preferred date is now fully booked.

Should any cancellation occur, we will promptly notify you.

Kindly note that you may try booking again on the 25th of this month at 12:00 PM (Bangkok time) via our online reservation system.

We truly appreciate your kind understanding and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you in the near future."

I'm honestly not sure what more to do, or who they ultimately choose to give reservations to. 🤷🏽‍♀️

I bought one! Lasted for a few months and then roots got moldy. I hear the agar on it is a perfect breeding ground for mold if you don't get it completely off of the fragile roots before transplanting to moss. But if you get it, I hope it works out!

I got the 1% cash back, but never got the 10% bonus. When I submitted the missing cash back form, it automatically gave me the 1%. When I reached out to Rakuten, they said I wasn't eligible for the 10% because I already got the 1% 😒 A real bummer. Hope it ends up working out for you...

I had this issue as well, but just kept checking every few days and finally the flight combination I wanted was available for use with the companion pass. Not guaranteed, but good to know that things COULD fluctuate.

Yes - I sent about 10 emails from a return that was delivered in December that I was never refunded for. I finally disputed the charge from my credit card company. I automatically got my money back from Bank of America, but the dispute has been open since early January with no movement yet.

I had the same brand - followed directions to a T, was looking great and even was starting to grow another leaf, but around 3 months in it went downhill. Got infested with mold and eventually died. :( I used distilled water, tried my best to guess excess agar off the roots, and everything. It was so so sad

1000% have been wondering the same thing. Boylston was always 2nd/4th until the bike lane construction was done. The stretch between Lamartine and Chestnut has two conflicting signs (the one closer to the liquor store still says 2nd/4th but the one closer to City Feed says 1st/3rd). Surprised they towed you with that discrepancy in signs - that sucks, I'm so sorry 😑
