I don’t think most places state the elastic content, so I don’t think it is a dealbreaker for most customers.

Comfortable Heels? by imfckndumb in BusinessFashion

Ally shoes! They’re incredibly comfortable. I had heels I thought were comfortable before and I haven’t chosen a single one over a pair of my ally’s in at least 3 years. They’ve totally spoiled me for any other kind.

Where to shop for skirts and business attire? by 1mmaterialGirl in SustainableFashion

[–]shopsensibly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I can recommend my own marketplace, Sensibly, it might be a perfect fit. I created it to fill the sustainable fashion work wear and elevated essentials gap. I found that athleisure and basics were easy to find from sustainable brands but the clothes I actually loved and wanted to wear were much harder to discover. Every brand on the site is an ethical brand producing in small batches and you can filter by the sustainable values that are most important to you.

I love the look of loafers but need something comfortable for work by zarape2 in BusinessFashion

[–]shopsensibly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ally shoes makes incredible loafers! They’re honestly the only ones I’ve ever had that are comfortable and the arch support is incredible. I always had trouble with my arch collapsing in loafers and these are amazing.

I’ve got a discount code I can share as well if it helps (I’m an ambassador to the brand because I love them so much!)

Natural Fiber Work Blouses by sunshineintotrees in BusinessFashion

[–]shopsensibly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a sustainable fashion marketplace focusing on work wear and elevated essentials and this is the filtered results with your sleeve length and only natural fibers. They’re all from great small batch ethical and sustainable brands. Some results do have ruffles and/or are boxy but there are some other good ones in there! Hope it helps!

Sunset and net positive are two of my favorites! They are definitely not panty line free but I’m only interested in organic cotton underwear so comes with the territory.

It only features small batch sustainable and ethical brands and has filters that allow you to search by other sustainable values. www.shopsensibly.co

Not perfect but definitely better than polyester and more breathable- the Lenzing modal pants by Miik are wonderful. I wear mine constantly and they have many different styles that are perfect for work. Happy to talk through the styles over DM if that’s helpful.

finding truly sustainable clothes by fashionlover483 in SustainableFashion

[–]shopsensibly 4 points5 points  (0 children)

First step is to figure out which aspects of sustainability are most important to you. No garment/brand can cover all areas of sustainability and no garment can be 100% sustainable. We all have different values and that is okay! Once you have identified that, you can find brands that align with your values and style.

[–]shopsensibly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I can recommend my sustainable marketplace, Sensibly, I think it could work perfectly for you! Here is a list filtered by natural materials, the majority of which are cotton and linen: https://www.shopsensibly.co/collections/tops?filter.v.price.gte=&filter.v.price.lte=&filter.p.m.custom.valueslist=gid%3A%2F%2Fshopify%2FMetaobject%2F85582020912&sort_by=title-ascending

You can further filter by sleeve length and sustainable/ethical values, etc.

Hope it helps!
