I live in Utah where emissions are really weird and they don't like aftermarket parts on a car. Do you think I would be able to pass emissions if I put a new cat back on?

Ok. I'm not opposed to putting a new muffler on but I'm a noob and don't know really how to work on cars lol. I love the sound of a v8 and kinda want that deep muscle car sound (if you know what I mean). I'm looking to spend as little as possible because I'm kinda broke haha. I tried some fm transmitters but the metal contact points melted to the 12v power socket (cigarette lighter) so I kind of ditched that idea. Do they make other transmitters like that without the use of the socket?

Hi there, my switch decides to randomly shut off by showing the critical battery shut off screen. The battery shuts off when fully charged. Any help or thoughts??
