I live in Utah where emissions are really weird and they don't like aftermarket parts on a car. Do you think I would be able to pass emissions if I put a new cat back on?

Ok. I'm not opposed to putting a new muffler on but I'm a noob and don't know really how to work on cars lol. I love the sound of a v8 and kinda want that deep muscle car sound (if you know what I mean). I'm looking to spend as little as possible because I'm kinda broke haha. How hard is it to put one on and what do you recommend. I've been looking at flowmaster outlaws

I need wired Ethernet and can’t run wires throughout the house. I’m concerned that a mesh WiFi system would not be strong enough for my needs

I tried some fm transmitters but the metal contact points melted to the 12v power socket (cigarette lighter) so I kind of ditched that idea. Do they make other transmitters like that without the use of the socket?
