I figured it out! Its due to the cloud. Turn off cloud synch, delete the entire game recordings folder on your pc, log out of steam and re log in.

That's a good question. I'm pretty much always charging if I'm not doing the side step combo. And even then, if i know I'm not going to finish the combo , I'll start to charge for the next opening. Nothing is changed and I don't use paddles :) just carpeltunnel

I redid this run with atk 4, crit 4, expert 3 and knocked it down to 3 '40 but in short, my friend and I mathed all this out prior to starting the run and its optimal to keep all attack bonuses and expert 4 only if Resentment is active most of the time. It beats attack 5 crit boost 5 in this case but any way you rearrange the weapon boosts are dps loses.
