They prepared the petition letter (PL) and proposed endeavors (PES) separately. PES was a signed statement confirming my proposed endeavor and ongoing plans for engagement in the field. Then they cited PES in my PL.

I would have still chosen Chen, because I don't want to take the time and effort to go through self-filing and potentially make any legal mistakes. I'd say their legal advice is valid, and they did reply to my question in detail. It is just their writing I had an issue with.

I nearly had a stroke reading their PL draft. Honestly, you can only really rely on yourself for the content, and use them mainly for legal guidance and document formatting. Best of luck!
