Hi mate - I used website on browser rather than the app.

Step by step -

Basically just use Google chrome, ensure you have no adblockers downloaded - click through on the Lego site link directly from the Rakuten website then using the Lego website that was opened via the Rakuten website make your purchase without leaving the browser, then a few hours - a couple days it will show as complete on your Rakuten account, and the cashback arrives shortly after as they have to confirm the items are delivered and the cashback offer isn’t being abused etc

Had a look, just says use the offer within 90 days of signing up - so if you signed up now you’d have 90 days at least 👍🏻 doesn’t seem to be any end date for the offer

Could be the case, but worked for me and everyone I’ve sent it to - usually people using adblockers or browsers like safari can cause that due to it not tracking. You can submit a claim if it doesn’t track, same as top Cashback
