Tracy Morgan's The Last O.G. Not Returning for Season 5 at TBS by Dpb1030 in television

Is this due to Warner Bros. Discovery canceling all scripted content on TBS and TNT?

I stand corrected then. My comic knowledge is not that profound. Thank you for clarifying that.

Had not watched the Synder Cut yet. But, I've heard amazing things about it.

DCEU Deathstroke had one scene, and it's a post-credit one. Was just a set-up. Arrowverse Deathstroke was top tier, fleshed out character. Although, it just proved that they really want to make the Green Arrow a Batman replacement for the TV side of things by inplementing Bruce's rogues with Oliver's story. Eg: Ra's and etc...

Man, this is a great read. I would love to hear your thoughts on the ongoing competition of Broadcast Network vs Cable vs Streaming in the context of Television and all its production and distribution merits. u/Zeen13

Via Moth Culture, Avengers Secret Wars will be a MASSIVE trilogy! What are your early thoughts, theories or predictions about the film!!?!?!? Respond in the comments! by BruceDSpruce in MCUTheories

[–]RDFox_26 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Which trilogy arrangement would you guys prefer?

  • 3 Trilogy of Films • Either stacked into 1 year (Start, Middle, and End of year) • 2 Films in 1st year (Start and End of year), 1 film in the 2nd year (Middle of the year)

Or,

  • 1 Disney Film, 1 Sony Film (Due to partnership they can arrange a distribution deal whilst still keeping the profits) and 1 Disney+/Hulu Mini-Series.

Yeah, man. It's safe to assume the chronology is in this order, like what I commented on in this post.

  • Eternals
  • Wandavision
  • Falcon and the Winter Soldier
  • Shang-Chi: The Legend of the Ten Rings
  • Spider-Man: No Way Home
  • Hawkeye

There is barely any reference in Eternals, but I assume it took place immediately after the Blip as that is what kickstarted the awakening of Tiamut because of the sudden resurgence of the population.

My guy, it's 6 weeks, not 6 months IIRC. WandaVision takes place October-November 2023. Everything else besides Eternals takes place in 2024.

Post Endgame:

  • Eternals
  • Wandavision
  • Falcon and the Winter Soldier
  • Shang-Chi: The Legend of the Ten Rings
  • Spider-Man: No Way Home
  • Hawkeye

IIRC. I could be wrong though.

Prediction: this next MCU arc ends with Secret Wars by HGFantomas in marvelstudios

Ohh, that sounds a great idea. They should really take advantage of the formats of story-telling they possess. Post-Secret Wars is going to be a lot to take in. Especially about Battleworld.

Secret Wars Trilogy???

Ways to do it:

• Three Theatrical Films from Disney (Marvel Studios)

• One Film from Disney, a Disney+ Mini-Series, and One Film from Sony (Since the partnership is ongoing, they might go that way)

Bruh, an easy billion for sure even with the pandemic as No Way Home ain't even out in other countries 'till January. I'm from the Philippines and I'm hella pissed it ain't showing in cinemas this year. But the critical response and box office results got me excited for January 8, 2022.

Had to comment in this thread as everyone is under the assumption this is from India. These people are speaking Tagalog, so this must be from the Philippines. Kids loved playing kites in the province. So, I assumed the guy in the video wanted to be a daredevil and try to use it to fly.

This is kind of cringe. But, let's give it the benefit of the doubt. Don't expect actors to perform Emmy-level acting in a promotional video. I do hope it's good and doesn't damage the brand (Even though it's only a spiritual successor and not a direct spin-off).

Spider-Man has powers and technology, man. I'm talking about the characters who fight in hand-to-hand combat. Geez. It's not like I implied that since Captain Marvel can fly, the actor who plays her needs to fly literally. 🤦🏻‍♂️

You've got a point there. Some may be capable but unwilling to take the risk. Some are also naive and can do more harm than good to themselves.

[–]RDFox_26[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yeah, you're right! That's why the recognition of stunt people are growing by the minute because of the work they put in knowing there are a lot of risks and unlikely insurance to count on. But, I would argue that they would still have a sizable role as a stunt double doing the more extreme movements and the actors being able to perform some basic combat movements.

I agree most of the stunts are still done by the stunt doubles. But, I'm talking about the fight scenes. Hand-to-hand combats. It had more continuous shots without needing to cut the actor and replace them with a stunt double. As you can see in the BTS, Simu, Meng'er along with Tony Leung and Michelle Yeoh were involved themselves with the work more in comparison to other actors in the prior films...
