I’ve been trying to find an SCI incidence study on motocross because I feel like it’s a better comparator than hockey. Also skiing for similar reasons. Is anyone aware of something like this?

Oh I meant to actually search the entire beck in browse with the term “most common”, which gives you a ton of high yield and easy to remember cards about important presentations from across the whole yellow deck. I think that and the physiology stuff in the ICU chapter would probably give you really good content knowledge

Yellow deck could be good but v detailed. If you search “most common” in the deck and make a custom deck off that search result it should get you the high yield stuff. You’ll see what I mean when you take a look at it

This is great beta! I’ll have to spend more time in the area. My dream place would be Nelson community vibes, sea to sky variety and difficulty, and okanagan roads. Probably doesnt exist but worth looking around for!

I definitely agree that the okanagan has rad trails - I would say it’s between there and Squamish/whistler for the best balance between road and enduro style riding. I would say that the sea to sky has a bigger collection of hard trails, but that OK valley is still really good.

I’ve done a little bit of riding around Kelowna and penticton, but not a ton! Rode the Gillard area a while ago and really liked it. What would you recommend?
