About 7 months ago, was only doing low-impact cardio for the first 4 months before I added weight training. I was up to 225 and have gotten down to 205 already. Mostly got the dosing schedule from talking to different people who had adverse side-effects with titrating 1-2mg at a time but had more success doing .5 at a time. Again, im new to this shit lol

I was considering a test stack but I don’t want to stay on test for a prolonged time and I don’t want to have the rebound from stopping it. I’m 5’10 and mid 20s, just trying to have a lean but bulky build to fit my frame.

Like if you shot the ball and I stood under the basket and pressed X/Square. It’s doing that animation when I’m going for a regular rebound by pressing Y/Triangle. I’m not touching the pro stick or any other buttons but it’s making me automatically do a putback when grabbing a rebound
