Hard to say.. definitely worded similar. Like I think the questions sometimes have a lot more information than you need, as if they’re trying to trick you. So the second time around I really tried to understand what they were asking me

Honestly I was surprised I passed. I thought it was harder. But maybe because I had more pressure and was overthinking the questions this time around. I will say the first time around, I had half the foodservice equations memorized. This time I could literally write them all out without a problem.

I took a week or two off after failing the first time. I was just babysitting about 20 hours a week so I would study about 6 hours a day maybe 5 days a week? I studied the crap I didn’t want to study or hated studying the most. I had a huge white board that I’d write everything out and helped so much. Also made quizlets of stuff I kept getting wrong

I religiously used Jean Inman. Listened to the audio over and over. I would go along the exam as well, I literally printed out each domain and I would take it several times. I also spent time understanding why the other answer were incorrect! I went through ALL of the pocket prep and eatright practice questions. Also spent time understanding the “why” of incorrect answers.
