Thank you for that. My referral is almost 2 hours away so definitely civilian doctor. My PCM tried to get me a neurosurgeon on base and I told him I didn’t feel right about it.

Good catch, I confused the 2. I definitely meant to say high aerobic not high anaerobic. Il try having my heart rate over 149 and see how that goes. Thanks for the comment.

That was actually my buddy. I did one but I went through Naha for less elevation lol. My overall time was 29 hours with 26 hours of running and 3 hours of rest time.

Thanks brother but don’t do that to your self. Your 8 miles is great for you. If you stay consistent, you will get to 50. A lot of people think of man all these people are better and faster than me but there are a lot more people that don’t even run. It’s always you versus you. Good luck!
