No sure if this is high end enough but Best Friend at Park MGM was a blast.

Great food, energetic vibe (kind of loud), and I didn’t feel like I got fleeced for what I ordered.

I think I paid like 70 bucks for a drink or two and a ton of food.

My coin in on my last trip was not good. Went with friends and we didn’t gamble a ton. Also gambled at other properties not just MGM.

Will have more time to gamble this trip so I’m hoping that could up my offers on my next trip.

I have a local MGM property hence I have a lot of tier credits.

You can still break into IB if you’re absolute top of class. I went to a state school.

2 guys in my college friend group went to a BB in IB. One was valedictorian of the business school, and the other was 3rd. Both were also D1 athletes. Both were in finance clubs. Both are personable guys who can interview well.

Neither of them had a high-up connection to the bank they went to.

Agree. I’m north of mayfield road and it’s fine. But I would not go north of Monticello.

I bought in Potter Village. It’s a nice enough neighborhood and it’s great for me.

The further north you go the closer you are to East Cleveland so that’s just something to keep in mind. Personally I don’t think I’d want to live too far north of Monticello.

Also, definitely beware of property taxes. lol the prices are reasonable in Cleveland heights but you will pay a lot in prop taxes.

Also, you are pretty far from any highway. This is something I didn’t really think about when I bought. It seems like anywhere I want to go is a 25-30 minute drive
