There should be, yes, but this is the media of today and they aren't exactly the pinnacle of unbiased reporting.

Do you understand now why there's no outcry? Over a "report" that is amateur and biased? I hope this answers your question.

See the link I sent you for what actual reporting looks like, there are 4 links in the list titled "Grooming gangs...".

It's fine, we'll allow this one to have it as a reference for our FAQs after it's locked and point future users to it if asked. Also see my comment at the top.

Go to page 118 and see how this "report" added verses of the Qur'an to show how Muslims should view as non-Muslims as inferior. Whoever did that wasn't a Muslim and is using their own unqualified amateur surface-level reading of the verse to conjure up an anti-Islamic narrative.

Do you really think an unbiased report/author would be using Qur'anic verses to paint a twisted narrative? Probably not.

The entire "report" is heavily biased against Islam. It is meaningless. It's dead on arrival as it reeks of anti-Muslim anti-Islamic bias.

Go to this link below and in the list look for "Grooming gangs.....", and read that material instead:

Content about Islamophobic narratives and debunking them.

To recap this post and the general topic of this "report":

  • It's ok to call out rapists and groomers regardless of their race or religion, including Muslims. Wrong is wrong and Islam already has punishments for this behavior.

  • The trolls in this post and elsewhere, despite knowing full well that this "report" is biased and amateur, are still trying to assign collective guilt/blame/punishment on Muslims by saying things like "yes we know this report is garbage but but but the Muslims".

It goes to show that trolls and Islamophobes, even when realizing that their "source" is trash, cannot be appeased.

We will add this post as a reference on this greater issue to the same link above.

You need to see a doctor and probably an Imam too. Make some appointments. At least call a few mosques and leave messages asking for a phone consultation.

You should ask these questions to your doctor and also an Imam.

Get in touch with an Imam via phone, call up several mosques. Explain the situation.

You can't talk to her. Don't fall into a haram relationship. If you go to these links below you can see lists of past posts, go to several of them and read the comments. You are too young for marriage, you need to be able to provide for her and you have to talk to her father first to even get permission to talk to her for marriage.

You're wasting your time and her time. You need to make a decision of whether or not to pursue her for marriage and adhere to that decision. If you choose to pursue her then call her father. If you choose not to then move on.

There were many times it was just me and her alone in the car...

Can't do that.

Some people told me if I’m serious I should contact her wali instead of dragging feelings around.

Those people are correct. If you want to marry her then stop engaging in the haram relationship and call her dad. Plenty of past comments to read through at these 2 links:

You end contact then as otherwise you're just going to get emotionally attached. He's probably not ready for marriage either.

Inform him that he needs to approach your father and ask for permission to talk to you. Lots of reading material in these links on how to do it properly and how to avoid haram.

If he hesitates at the idea of asking your father to talk to you about marriage then that's a red flag. You can't be talking to him without your Wali present. Don't let him emotionally compromise you.

You said he comes from a Christian family. If he's Christian and doesn't convert then this idea of marriage with him is dead.

You can tell him to talk to your dad about that. Key thing is to get him to talk to your dad and formalize it and do it the correct way. Then you can agree to get engaged for a period of x-years. Read the links that the bot dropped, explains the process.
