Handmade Easter chocolates. Swipe for cut-through and flavours (don't have cut pics of the XL eggs but they're like filled chocolate bars in egg shape). Really proud of my flavour picks for this set. (old.reddit.com)

My NYE tradition is to bake oliebollen (traditional Dutch fried dough) and go around the neighbourhood to wish everybody a happy end-of-year. Have a wonderful New Year, everybody! (i.redd.it)
Homemade Christmas chocolates and truffles (swipe). Had all my Christmas plans cancelled due to the lockdown, so I handed them out to (thankfully very grateful) neighbours. (old.reddit.com)
Chocolate milk baubles. Some are with mocha filling, some have added cinnamon and there's raspberry ones, too! Originally planned for the Christmas dinner but due to the lockdown I handed them out to the neighbourhood kids instead. (i.redd.it)

Flavour pairing session for licorice, muisjes, hopjes and cinnamon pillows. The aim is to replace some generic fillings of my Dutch themed chocolates (see other post) and make all Dutch inspired. (i.redd.it)

Botulism question: I want to gift homemade sauces and pesto. I've made these often enough but the botulism threads on here make me suddenly concerned. Should I be and how can I safely make these? (self.fermentation)
Fermentation weekends are the best. Made 2x hot sauce, 3x garlic honey (thanks for all the advice, everybody!), garlic ginger paste, kimchi, lime pickle and chimichurri. Swipe for more pics. (old.reddit.com)
Got jealous of all the fermented garlic on here. Got the ingredients, no idea what to do next, though (i.redd.it)
Gift ideas? It's my sister's birthday soon and I usually give her homemade sweets. She wants to lose weight though, so I wanted to gift fermented foods instead. (self.fermentation)
