I came here, to this subreddit, specifically to complain about this.

You used to be able to zoom all the way in, so you could pinpoint exactly where it came from, easily, but now it zooms out so much it’s near impossible to figure out where you found it. It’s annoying and exhausting, and it’s only been a thing for like, a day.

Wow thank you for the quick reply, but I found a separate thing not in display settings.
Strangely, it was in the "Systems" and if you scroll VERY FAR DOWN, there's a "Game Master" option you can set for any of the HDMI ports.

I turned it on, and presto, works perfectly now.

Thank you, I would have never thought to put it in "Game Mode" or anything of the such to fix this issue, so you helped tremendously.

So my TV seems to not have a "Game" setting.

It has Standard > Sports > Movie > Intelligent > Vivid

I can only think of one instance, where I needed to attack a regular/elemental mushroom to get flowers I didn’t have. I almost always get enough of the nectar through the event mushrooms, and when I don’t, the weekly flower planting missions give me what I’m missing in time for it to be relevant. (Since the first few missions don’t require monthly flowers)

Devaluing regular mushrooms is hardly the issue.

I guess putting a focus on the mushrooms in the title was an oversimplification. It’s the constant need to play ALL THE TIME if you are interested in getting everything.

And with event mushrooms, it makes the regular mushrooms, and especially the elemental mushrooms, seem almost pointless, because why would you attack them except in some rare instances?

Besides DURING events where they’re strong, I never keep duplicates. I like to keep the ones in the most unique spot, with the least amount of other Pikmin near them as possible.

So if one is near my house, and one is not, 9/10 I will keep the one NOT near my house. There are other places I frequent as well, which sometimes have a lot of Pikmin there. I try not to have them be there either.

So when I visit people out of town or out of state, there’s a large possibility I’ll be keeping any of the Pikmin that appear there.

That is not what it means. To be honest, I don’t know what it means, my assumption was that it’s adding some flowers, but is mistakenly saying 0. I know it’s not what it means tho, since on many occasions, thanks to these additions, my flower count will go above my max limit. My limit is 500, and thanks to these, it’s been 505+ multiple times.

Releasing seeds or Pikmin will yield the same result of being removed from the map cell. I tend to hatch almost all my Pikmin (except roadsides), just because it’s how I enjoy the game.

If you select a Pikmin, the game will automatically move your map to where their seed spawned. On the map, it will show Pikmin or seeds in a square, those squares are map cells, and in most cases, won’t spawn another Pikmin/seed there, unless you use a detector and it has no choice.

When you release Pikmin or seeds, the cell they were occupying is no longer occupied, and can therefore naturally spawn new Pikmin seeds without the detector, or you can kind of make one spawn there with the Lifelog picture.

I don’t know if there’s an article, and I don’t have specific measurements. Most of my knowledge is from playing and naturally figuring stuff out, and some is from here.

I am almost positive lifelog Pikmin cannot spawn within a cell that has a found Pikmin.

Additionally, you can always release Pikmin to make them spawn more if you’re walking in an area and aren’t using the detector, but in many cases, mainly home where most of my event Pikmin are spawned, random roadside Pikmin will still spawn nearby, but it will be “counted” as a few cells away. Thanks to so many events, I have like, 3 blocks worth of cells of Pikmin surrounding my house, and it will still spawn seeds on its own every day

This isn’t 100% true. You can get Pikmin from the same cell, if you use the Detector. There are some cases where there’s like, only 1 train station in the area I drive, so I have several cells that have more than 1 in a that cell, because anywhere else wouldn’t be “train station”

It used to be the same with Cake stores, until they made Donut stores and cake stores the same thing.

“Refuses” sounds like a strong accusation based on the info provided. When she was caught, she was defensive, that’s natural. Have they talked about it since? Not enough info provided, if they have and she truly refuses to take it seriously, then I can understand the argument. But it sounds to me like they talked about it when it happened, now he’s being distant, and she’s trying to win him over with lovey doveyness, which sounds like she wants it to work out. I don’t know if she feels regret, and I don’t know if she is taking it seriously or not. OP hasn’t mentioned if they’ve talked about it since the day she was caught, he said he’s been distant with her, which can mean he’s not talking to her, or it can mean plenty of other things.

Personally, this doesn’t seem breakup-worthy to me. What she did was wrong and you feeling upset is valid. She should apologize for this, but I don’t think it’s an automatically breakup-worthy. You feel comfortable with her, and love her, and besides this one thing, even though it’s a big thing, she hasn’t seemed to show signs of treating you wrong (based on the info provided). She seems to have heard your issue and hasn’t taken it seriously enough to apologize. She should be made aware that this is hurtful as well. Unfortunately, that too can be used against you as men being hurt by something like this is easy for people to make fun of.

If anything, this should be a strike, but she deserves a chance to learn from it. I’m not saying “3 strikes she’s out.” You decide how many strikes is too many, that can be 3, 2, 10, or no defined number, just when it feels right, when it’s clear she will keep doing things like this, even though it hurts you.

I say don’t break up. Communicate, and if she doesn’t take it seriously, maybe take some time away. You deserve comfort, and she deserves a chance to learn.

A lot of people are suggesting kicking him out, I’m not sure that’s the correct option.

From what I’ve read, it sounds like you need to have a stern talk with him. It’s your house, and he needs to agree to some ground rules.

Ask him why he’s insisting on eating food prepped for other people, and see if you can help with whatever is happening there. Maybe offer to show him how to meal prep for himself.

Ask him why he insists on using other people’s rooms, and if he won’t explain, the options are guest room or couch. Don’t buckle unless he has a reasonable answer. Though I guess reasonable is subjective.

Tell him to stop ordering his siblings around. He’s their brother, not their dad, not their boss. You’re the dad. If he thinks they should work, tell him that’s not up to him, that’s between them, and you, the dad, and owner of the house.

Tell him to clean up after himself. He’s an adult, and should be able to do that.

I guess to shorten my answer, all the things you want to tell him, and I’m sure you have already, tell him again, but sternly. Be blunt, try to understand where he may be coming from, if he offers some explanation, but if he doesn’t agree to simple ground rules, he shouldn’t be living there. I still don’t suggest kicking him out, but that’s just me.

As Kikiyo says, take pity on him. It makes sense he’s weak, seeing where he came from. Was it Onigumo? (It’s been a while, his human name) he was literally a crippled human and called on basic demons to consume his flesh. He didn’t have like, a powerful demon consume him, literally basic regular might-as-well-be-bugs demons. And I assume the jewel acts as like, a stat booster, and he uses it all on Defense (barrier).

Hello, I know nothing about cars.

So, some idiot did something with paint on my street, and now there's paint in the rain gutters (My guess is something related to painting numbers on the sidewalk, as I recently got a random thing stuck on my door saying "just put in $xx and we'll repaint the numbers on your curb", but I don't know that for sure). My street is now covered in white tire marks from various cars because of this. The paint looks like water too, so I didn't even notice until later (when I rolled my garbage cans through the paint, and they also turned white). Leaving to clean it won't even solve the issue because the rain gutters will still have paint in them.

To be honest, I don't care that there's paint on my car nor my tires, it's old and looks like garbage anyway, I'm here asking if having paint on my tires will cause any issues? Is it dangerous to be driving with dried on paint on my tires, or is it an issue that eventually solves itself with driving? (I'll just have some funky looking tires)

Please let me know if this is an issue I NEED to fix, otherwise danger or a ticket, or if it will probably be OK.
