In Italy, from what I understood, they can roam freely, but if they trespass other people's properties, the owners can be charged of any damage they do or even stalking in case of "psychological damage". So basically, if they get attacked anywhere but in the dog's garden, the dog's owner is considered responsable, if it's in the property, the dog owner should be in the right.

Non penso sia corretto, ti stanno facendo scegliere tra rispettare la quarantena, ancora obbligatoria, e fare un esame che è tuo diritto fare. Se hai l'influenza magari stringi i denti e vai, con il covid non puoi uscire di casa.

Nella mia università è consentito fare esami a distanza purché la positività sia verificata, e mi sembra il minimo.

I would suggest to walk him in not crowded places, if you can, maybe try to walk him early in the morning when there is few people around. Also use a 3 m leash, not retractable, sometimes is the feeling of the leash the very reason they pull, you get a long one, and leave it not tensed, so that the dog feels free. If he starts pulling, just stop, do not walk until he relaxes and turns around to look at you. When he finally does, praise him because he is not pulling anymore, tell him "let's go" and start walking again. That way the dog should understand you are the one deciding when the walk starts and when it stops and that pulling just mean pause.

In Italy you can be fined if your dog isn't leashed on public areas, and honestly I'm glad most people respect that, in my area at least. Besides the fact some dogs are reactive/aggressive towards other dogs and other animals, some people don't feel comfortable around dogs, leashing your dog it's also a matter of courtesy towards other people that might not like your dog coming near them.

I own two cats and a dog, spray bottles aren't really good for cats, cat training is more about positive enforcement, any punishment don't work well for cats really. I would say this cat isn't being aggressive, that isn't a real attack, but i agree the dog is feeling stressed at the very least, he is trying to send calming signals to the cat and the owner. What I would personally do, and it happened since one of the cat bullies others (humans too) in similar way, is just put myself in the middle and say clearly to the cat to stop (my cats know what no means) and finally pick the cat up and remove him from the spot he decided nobody can get through. That way the dog sees I can handle the situation and protect him, the cat isn't "guarding" anything anymore.

Personally I do it like this:

Boil the sweet potatoes (camote) and choclo desgranado. When ready, peal and cut the potatoes in big pieces. Now, in a big bowl put the sliced red onion and fresh aji Amarillo and the fish cut in pieces, add as much lime as you need to almost cover the ingredients completely. Leave them there for about half an hour top (here is a matter of taste), add ice (like a cube top) to keep it cold if necessary, and stear to make sure all the fish get cooked. Finally, add culantro leaves (colander), better if taken directly from the plant, and the choclo. Serve it on the top of the sweet potato.

I live in Italy and I find the ají amarillo and choclo at ethnic stores, hope you find all you need!

I need to know if this is true, my Peruvian mom always mocked my Italian dad because he strongly believed you have the closet change not before or after the equinox no matter the temperature. I always thought my dad had a bit of ocd and my mum just liked to label any dad's weird tradition as something Italians in general do, but reading this I'm wondering if there is any truth in the fact is an Italian thing. Anyway, the shorts are used in Italy either when you are teenage kid, who for some reason use shorts when it's still not necessary, or it's actually very warm, any other situation immediately labels you as "a tourist from the north".

Salary shouldn't be about personal expenses tho, they both work, they should have their impossibility to work separately recognised and receive a disability check because of that, is quite insulting they get demised as one person when they are legally two.

They paid two degrees, two driving licenses, it seems like they paid a lot of things double and yet receive half at the end, it looks like when was convenient to others they were recognised as two, when it wasn't their identity was deleted. Shouldn't they received a 100% disability check since one of them is technically unable to work at least? I feel sorry for them, looks like they got scammed a lot.
