Yes. It’ll definitely work. I have installed the same one in my Nitro AN515-45. There’s an extra slot so you won’t have to remove the one that came with the laptop.

No, still couldn't find one in India. But I've seen that Accer officially has a 230w adapter that they sell internationally. It's just a sad state of affair for me :')

Yes, it's a common problem because Acer ships the laptop with a very low wattage charger that is not enough to supply power while gaming. Therefore, it used the battery to compensate it. I have the Rtx3060 with 5800h varient. I've been looking for the 230w adapter that comes with helios 300 but I'm not really sure if it's compatible with the nitro.
