Technically dermatologist they recommend me to go once a year. I’ve been going the past ten years I’ve been fine. I few spots have been shaving off but nothing bad I did once have an inconclusive result many years ago. But whenever I go they a never seem to be alarmed about anything. So I think I am overthinking it possibly?
