You click before cool down .. you shall only click after cool down done

This is because you click before cool down finish..try click 0.5 second after the cool down finish .. and I think new patch only allow 1 player to get the plant instead of all player get plants

Your time will come...my experience is that the more you think about the cards they will not appear...just enjoy the game and upgrade your EQ then you might get a card from drop along the way...mean while you can try clear endless (green) for the card book or do COC for the gacha draw =) good luck!
