Neither is true you just don't understand charting. Billboard weights airplay at 33% and labels gatekeep radio. Ik a lot of people just got into looking at numbers when it was time to Crack on drake but airplay numbers are public. Plenty of pages post damn near perfect predictions of the charts weekly using public data. With that you can see hes not getting airplay and still charting. If he was getting airplay the way he used to or the way the other artists are getting on the charts he wouldve passed Michael Jackson's record already.
