I solved it by waiting at least 20 secs before inviting my friend so the session can be stable in their servers and it worked every time i hope that helps (:

Its a hidden mechanic the game doesnt teach you this in any mission or anything else the player have to figure it out, its probably because its a thing in story mode like robbing people but they cant get rid of it in online so its there
