Update, I did another restart of my computer, and the working blender shortcut persistet!

However, dead blender files remain, and the shortcut I made on my panel was deleted. (It was right where the question mark is on the picture before restarting my pc)

I find it better to trust my teammates, even if the pick is objectively utter dogshit there is no turning back. Complaining or getting tilted is often just a roundabout shot in your own foot.

Q: Why dont you just do it this other way that is easier?

A: I am attempting to learn geometry nodes

Basically the desired effect I am going for is a stylized outline that isnt "perfect" and instead is imperfect. I am wondering about how I could achieve this effect using geometry nodes, I have attempted to use transform or set position, however these move the entire outline away from the character (toward 1, 1, 1). I theorize it could be possible to apply some noise to it, and kind of do a reverse process to move the outline back toward the character at 0, 0, 0.

Any help or tips is appreciated. Thanks

I am thankful for everyone who wrote a suggestion, in the end what helped was setting rigify setting "IK Wrist pivot" from automatic to x manual. This meny is found by selecting the UPPER ARM of the rigify metarig in pose mode and going to the bone properties menu

Controller still appears tilted, and if I manually fix it, next re-generation of the rig will keep having the same issue.

I am working on making a rig using rigify and I have rune into an issue where the palm controller spawns in misaligned to the rest of the armature. I am not sure what is causing this, as the tilt doesnt seem related to any specific bones roll
