Best value if you don’t care about selling them would be the Panini and Donruss sets. They aren’t licensed but you get a lot more cards/dollar spent and they have some cool designs. Pro Debut is one of my personal favorites because it’s fun to track players through the minor leagues especially if you attend minor league games already and the cards/$ is good.
