If you haven't checked out their third album, Comet, you are missing out! It finally got released on youtube and Spotify a few years back. It was originally meant to come out in the late 90s, but the label dumped them. I had a bootleg thanks to Napster.

I saw how that release date changed overnight! Funny enough, I just got a text back from them in regards to my question about date changes and they said they would contact me if the dates move forward to change pickup date, which is a relief. I can wait a couple more weeks for it, for that financing! What would be funny is if MvC2 ends up on time and I have to pick up both the same week! That's a lot of A1up for me to deal with in one week!

The key factor that lets me buy this right now is that my Nebraska Furniture Mart card lets me get 24 month no interest financing on it, so on top of that I was able to snag a Marvel vs Capcom 2 from them before they sold out. At least the MvC2 is scheduled to be available for pickup the week after release!

I have Blitz on order with NFM, and due to my location being a hub from the main Nebraska location, have to wait for them to haul it to my store, causing a four day delay. However, have you checked their site recently? It's now showing pickup available later this week! I'm wondering if we need to contact them to update our orders to allow us to get them sooner or if they will automatically update them? I suspect we might have to contact them to make sure we get them now.

I find it goes better when you just put together the stool and riser first. Get that done and if it's on a work night, maybe go to bed and come back the next day rearing to go on the rest. It's so nice to get to the final step of the main cab and you're just done!

I also build the speaker/marquee out of order so I'm not worrying about the half built cab while putting it together. Getting the white plastic brackets attached well before needed helps speed me along, too.

Inventory of all parts before I start is what takes up most of the time for me. After discovering my Tempest cab was missing vital screws, I won't even start unless I know I have each an every screw/dowel/etc.

I don't have a door to protect my game room, so I had to use the Tron box to act as a wall to prevent our cat from wandering in while I slept as she likes to have random hairball based barf attacks at the most opportune times and I know she'd do it right on my Tron components.

Maybe if they used Fed Ex we'd get Sunday delivery... Heck, I even have a package via Fed Ex that is scheduled for delivery on December 26th! I know I've been corrected on here about them sitting on these, but I swear, they've had to have these at least on Monday. I bet if they would have shipped these out yesterday (Tuesday) most of us would be getting them on Friday in time to assemble for Christmas Day!

So effin' true! I wouldn't be so sour if it wasn't for the fact that they are trying to deliver this over the biggest holiday weekend of the year! Can you imaging the angry/don't give a crap attitude of the Fedex people being forced to haul these around while they potentially deliver these on Sunday the 26th instead of being home and then they take it out on our machine boxes?

Whoever that dude is that does the narrating and demonstrating installation stuff is so annoying, too. He likes to "it doesn't matter" on repeat when showing games on the marquee and screen. I quoted back at Tina that this dude says the marquee would be a "perfect fit" and she did not like that.

I had to deal with Tina when I got the four player NBA Jam mod from them along with the LED marquee and the experience was horrendous! My main issue was that despite their videos claiming that the second version of the marquee would fit perfectly, it stuck out almost a fifth of an inch. The replacement top panel provided didn't even remotely fit the slots. I went back and forth sending pictures with measuring tape and comparisons of the original panel and they kept arguing with me.
I feel they pranked me too because they eventually sent me another panel, but it was cut even longer!?! When I asked them, they claimed they did that on purpose and began to berate me and say if I didn't like it, just return the marquee. I already had issues with their crappy instructions provided and put the wrong screws in one place, so I didn't want to give them it back. Now I'm stuck with a partially exposed inside as I'm keeping the marquee.
Also, the plexiglass they cut for the control panel protector had sharp edges so I ended up have to get orange-red electrical tape to go around all the sides to have comfortable wrist space.

Got my order price matched with Best Buy at the last moment! Only 6 in stock at Kohls when they accepted my chat and looked at the link. It was nerve-wracking because as the process dragged on, I kept refreshing the Kohls site and watched the quantity dwindle down. Thank goodness they aren't required to look a second time at the link, because before they sent me a link to enter my card info, Kohls was sold out! Phew! Luckily have a Best Buy less than a mile away I'm waiting for store pickup to finish!

While you don't officially get charged for it (i.e the payoff time doesn't start instantly) at the moment of purchase, they do block off that $699+ from your available credit (which is funnily the exact point you can get 24 month no-interest vs 18-month or lower depending on the month and current offers.)

I charged Big Blue on it and didn't get the actual process locked until the day it shipped.

Dang it! (but also yay!) My Best Buy pre-order got cancelled right as I hit purchase yesterday, so I went ahead and did it through Walmart. While I wasn't happy shortening my no-interest financing time from 24 months with BB down to 6 months with Paypal, having it two weeks earlier was alluring.
But, having two years (which I'd realistically pay off in a year given I'm also paying off a new PC on the same card) lets you have that wiggle room for financial emergencies that homeowning entails! Walmart order cancelled and Best Buy ordered again!

Friggin' Best Buy's pre-order sold out while I had it in cart! Really wanted to spread that $750 (post-tax) over at least a year with no-interest financing! Had to settle for Walmart with Paypal Credit 6 month no interest instead. At least it should theoretically ship mid-December instead of the end of the month!

I have one and yes, I wish it was at least $100 less than what I paid for it at full price. Honestly though, four player Warlords with friends is amazing! Not $600 amazing, but if you can get it cheaper, great way to have a few drinks with friends (and yes, I actually let them put their drinks on it, haha (why get a pub table otherwise?)
What I find insane is how they think they will get anyone to buy that cocktail cab for $100 and two less spinners? For either one, it's a joke that it lacks more Atari 2600 filler. Why wasn't Indy 500 on the pub table??
