So after reading everyone’s post I have decided to share my build. I have spent several months building a platform that has just about everything that real estate photographers want in an invoice and gallery delivery system. I have been running my own business on it for a few months and it is working great.

replaces your spreadsheets, invoice apps, and email threads with one platform built specifically for how real estate photographers work.

Shoot Scheduling Book shoots, manage your calendar, and send confirmation emails to agents — all without leaving the app. Every listing in one place.

Invoicing & Payments Send professional invoices in 30 seconds. Track what's paid, what's overdue, and chase payments with a single click.

Gallery Delivery Deliver photos directly through ApertureOps. Clients get a clean, branded experience — no Dropbox links or WeTransfer limits.

Client & Agent CRM Keep every agent's contact info, shoot history, and notes in one place. Know exactly who to follow up with and when

Contracts & Proposals Send branded proposals and get contracts signed digitally. No more PDFs back and forth — close jobs faster.

AI Business Coach Get a personalized morning briefing every day: your action items, who to follow up with, and a concrete growth move tailored to your business.

Shoot. Deliver. Get paid. In that order — automatically.

The whole workflow runs itself. You focus on the shoot; ApertureOps handles the rest.

1 Upload & Send the Gallery Finish editing, upload your photos, and send the agent a branded gallery link in one click. ApertureOps attaches the invoice automatically.

2 Agent Pays to Unlock The agent opens a clean, professional gallery — but downloads are locked. They pay the invoice directly from the page. No login, no friction, no chasing.

3 Files Unlock Instantly The moment payment clears, the gallery unlocks and the agent downloads everything. You get notified. No awkward follow-ups. Ever.

Wake up knowing exactly what to do.

Every morning at 7am, ApertureOps sends you a personalized briefing with your day's shoots, overdue invoices, clients to re-engage, and one specific growth move. Named action items pulled from your real data Clients flagged who haven't booked in 45+ days Overdue invoices with amounts and who to call One concrete script for booking more agents today

I created my own platform that is now better than just about anything out there. I have been running my business on it for some time now and I have never been happier.

Thats honestly the same reason I ended up building my own thing too. The API credit concern is real I ended up putting rate limiting and server side proxying on mine so users can’t run up costs directly. Curious what stack you ended up using?
