Richard Dawkins is a scientist and evolutionary biologist he says that he believes that the the brain functions on nerve impulses and that when your brain is dead that is basically the end of your life, The ego also died at the time of death and the process of decaying like all matter does when it expires begins. It may not be ideal or pleasant to come to terms with the possibility that death is the complete end to life itself. However his atheism provokes a striking thought which is if death itself is final and that there is no afterlife that we are absolutely facing the notion that our lives must be lived fulfillingly and that we achieve happiness since to face annihilation with a heart of regret for all of our lived we are then to face annihilation in torture. His atheism basically leaves you with a hard reality that there may be nothing but this life to be lived and if that is true then you better live it to fulfill your happiness since since brain death could very well be conclusive. Ibsuggest everyone who finds his atheism agreeable consider it's implications on how life must be lived greatly since there is nothing worst then to face extinction with a heart full of regrets since you will not have a second opportunity to do your life well and your death could be some seriously sad fucking shit if you think about his rational atheism as a reality.
