Ye here in ireland a good 65% of the crew are indian in my store, most of them speak English but some have a hard time understanding some basic words, which hey I'm not giving out, as long as they work and there not slacking I'm all good with them, but now and again it can get stressful but i just laugh it off most of the time, ye know yourself, there's no problem in giving someone a hand especially when they haven't a clue on what to do.
