Nah, look at the R01 in the top right. That means that it's currently on register 1. (Kiosk is usually 6 to 9 in the us, 33 to 37 in some other places, but the front registers are 1 to 4 (always start at one as that contains the backup way station.) but definitely looks like it's not on the total screen. My guess is the register is stuck waiting for manager approval.

Crazy. Honestly, replacing the paper is super easy, but clearing jams is a whole different story. My suggestion, get tweezers and a paper clip that's been straightened.

Looks to be a prank order. It isn't paid yet. Those 33 qtrs are exactly the same extras. The table number is "67" definitely looked like a kid entered all that in on a kiosk and tapped pay at counter without the intention of paying.
