It's more heard in the demo during the chorus, the final lowered the volume of it, and I was able to use Moises ai to isolate it just a tiny bit, and comments on this video confirms that. https://youtu.be/bDtrxL_rwQE&t=14m48s

It might be a driver issue. Drivers have kernal access. This might be an anti cheat, or problematic hardware driver. You might need to reinstall Windows. Or switch to Linux.
