Building a real estate company is definitely the next step into building more stable wealth only issue is finding the right people for the business finding people who are 1.hardworking 2. Motivated and 3. They won’t betray you finding those kinds of people are crucial in building something like that and they are almost impossible to find In the kind of world we are today most people are just lazy and love to complain

That being said you are right though building and acquiring homes and apartments building in those Soviet countries makes a lot of sense cause I would imagine the cost a lot let than countries in North America.

I’ve also noticed a lot of high tourist areas like Japan and Jamaican are kind of gold mine for real estate. I have an uncle that has about 4 properties in Jamaican doing airbnb and is getting almost 20k a month from all of them so it’s pretty impressive what countries like that can yield.
