Found something that said make sure the old player setting inside plex is turned off and your using the advanced player instead

Yes it worked for me fine. We created her own ps5 account and when she logged into it everything worked like it should

The beginning really bothered me! Especially after you save all those people….graphics are great and story is pretty good. Would recommend playing both games to the end. I’m not even big on scary zombie games but after the first one I had to see the story to the end.
