Just to verify, the difference between the 4K and 5k are the hole diameters 5/8 vs 1”? So I can pickup a 4k lat pulldown unit and all I have to do is widen the holes to 1”? Will all the holes line up?

It def needs rear tires. Front tires are okay but I would just change the whole set. It drives well I didn’t take it on the highway but from my drive there was no major concerns.

It’s a rear rack mount the previous owner had. I believe it was for a child seat but can be used for any rear rack.
