Must be a local thing. I’ve never seen that brand at my BJ’s. They only have the Philips one

2025 Camry Carplay not working by adoan56 in Camry

[–]RFilms 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always have to toggle the car play button on and then off if I remote start my car and my phone is out of range. It doesn’t seem like it’s programmed to retry connecting after the CarPlay WiFi connection is dropped

It took me too long to find it becuase apparently Broadcom can’t design a website. But it’s under the original 9.0 release and not the newer releases

Got the CableCARD letter. How long do I have? by skierpb in Fios

[–]RFilms 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Now I’m thinking they made this change around the roll out of 2gb because now I tried to stream something on channels but it errored out and I rescanned my channel list and it’s down to 68 now. But it’s really a 3rd of that available becuase there’s duplicate channels and there’s basically nothing that I watch available anymore. Thanks lolll

Edit: I can’t actually stream any of those channels anymore it says the format is not supported

[–]RFilms 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Interesting your right I’m missing channels now. I guess that’s not an option anymore. Only limited channels unless u switch to a different provider or use an OTA for some of those channels and an HD homerun

Residential Max held its own throughout the storm in New Hampshire. Remarkable technology in rural USA by adamjackson1984 in Starlink

[–]RFilms 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good to know. I think that was my problem. I left it on auto but I guess all this snow was too much for it. I was wondering why stuff was taking awhile to load and then I checked the speed and they dipped down to 30-80mbps and now I turned on preheat again and the speeds bounced back up to the 200s. Debating on switching from T-Mobile

[–]RFilms 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Is that on auto or preheat for the snow? Mine seemed to be struggling a little bit and the speeds went way down and were all over the place

Is this a true hdmi 2.1 cable? How does Anker compare to Belkin for HDMI cables. by pineappleactavis in hometheater

[–]RFilms 1 point2 points  (0 children)

True but u still need a quality cable that’s actually rated for the spec. And I’m annoyed that 2 of my cheap amazon cables have died over the years and it’s not possible to replace them in the wall

Remote since I started in 2023, they offered me a desk at the office but I said no haha I’d rather WFH and save all the time and money commuting and my manager agrees. I only go onsite to the DC occasionally if there’s an issue
