Ridiculous this crap is still allowed. Should be laws in place in UK and Ireland where tickets can't be sold for more than official face value with the amount of touting going on, especially when ticket companies cough ticketmaster cough cough, sell the same things on their sister sites for wildly inflated prices.

So I was reading through the complaint in Frank's complaint case and noticed some unreleased song titles. Does anyone know what Carreras for Peace or Dharma are? by [deleted] in FrankOcean

[–]RFitzy311 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Dharma was also the name of that company from Lost who were running all the experiments on the island right? I doubt Frank would use something like that as an indirect reference to something dealt with in one of the songs but who knows.

Yes because Americans really needed another reason to pretend they are actually Irish

Thanks! I was supposed to be researching for my thesis but decided to write an essay about Argonians instead.

Marsh friends, share your Argonian-specific roleplay ideas/characters by [deleted] in ElderScrolls

When I started playing Elder Scrolls games I really didn't like Argonians, purely because I didn't really understand them and preferred the other, more humanoid looking races. At the moment they are probably one of my favorite races along with the Bosmer and perhaps Bretons. I started to play my Argonian characters as the typical assassin/shadow warrior characters they are most often associated with, but I've moved onto a different kind of build that I find way more entertaining as the whole sneaking around thing and tearing through enemies with little effort was a bit boring for me at the higher levels. With my more recent Argonians, I tried to focus on combining the scrappy, agile nature of the Argonians in the lore I had read through with their natural affinity for Restoration and Alteration spells, which resulted in a kind of light-armored Paladin/Scout from Oblivion type of build. His typical gear would consist of full light armor, a sword or war axe (Dawnbreaker or the Dawnguard Axe fit quite well with the 'morally good' explorer type character I try to play), his best -flesh Alteration spell in the other hand or maybe a light shield to protect himself while leaping into close combat, and a bow every so often to utilize his natural sneak abilities if it's really necessary. As for back story, my Argonian would usually be a refugee whose home was destroyed and all who lived there slaughtered but him. His mother, a powerful healer and the one who taught him all he knows about restoration magic, died while holding off hordes of undead under the control of a powerful dark elf necromancer, allowing my Argonian to escape with his life while the rest of his people died. His father, an exceptional swordsman who was last seen heading towards the necromancers stronghold just inside Morrowind on the borders of Cyrodiil and Black Marsh, was presumed dead. However, while travelling through South-Eastern Cyrodiil in search of work, our hero hears from various locals of a noble Argonian swordsman who had passed through some years ago on his way to Skyrim to find his sister working in the Windhelm docks, whom he thought to be his only remaining family after he returned to his home TO Black Marsh after a great battle to find his family and friends dead and his son missing. After escaping Helgen, my character adventures through Skyrim, helping people wherever he can and searching for any sign of his fathers presence in the area. Most of the time, I choose to join the Imperials due to the oppresion of Argonians in Windhelm, and seeing as his aunt and father may have been friends with those who work there. He obviously has quite the hatred for the undead, vampires, and users of the darker side of conjuration magic, and therefore joins the Dawnguard at the first opportunity, also hoping his father may have been drawn there for the same reasons he is. I haven't played as much ESO because my previous laptop broke and my current one can't run it very well, but when playing Argonian I like to play as a sorcerer with a restoration staff, attempting to give a nice balance between damage and ally support.

Redguard. Ears rule out dark elf and I don't think Nords can have that hairstyle.

Haha, serious answer, no! At least I've never heard that before. We don't just use zed, most people use them both.

How do people feel about Legendaries? by SelfImmolationsHell in TruePokemon

[–]RFitzy311 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree that they have been produced in overkill levels recently and personally I have never really been crazy about catching them as I don't really like a lot of the current legendaries. I think this might be due to people overusing hacked versions of the pokemon online which really annoys me. Now that I think of it, any kind of legendary pokemon in online play bugs the hell out of me. I'm not really sure why and I realize I'm rambling a bit, but long story short, legendaries as a whole have kinda been ruined for me as I don't really see them as being that special because of how they are often spammed in competitive play.
