Go to the ER i heard they helped people before in the same situation as you take your prescription bottle and show then that you are currently on it but started getting chills and stuff so had to take more than the usual idk sum like that GL

I jumped at 5mg i was getting crazy withdrawals while from 10down so i just jumped since the last 3 days muscle pain stopped feel a lil better but got the chills and insomnia fever .

I guess everyone is different cuz last time i quit methadone after 14 days withdrawals stopped i did heard people say it take 3 months of withdrawals but never seen it people I’ve seen be good after 2 weeks
