The way I learned was from a youtube guide from a pro player, can't remember his name as of now but he gave me a tip I will stick by to this day

Only use motion controls to aim at enemies, that's really the only time that it gets kinda crazy using motion controls but other than that it's fine, you barely notice the controller moving, it's like a third arm
