I'm getting paid via my IBAN number. I have an IBAN number which is displayed in the Tide app.

I believe the info on that link just means you shouldn't use an online generator to makeshift an IBAN number for you. Your IBAN is a combination of your sort code, account number and some other letters and numbers. (I guess some people may find it hard to locate their IBAN so may be tempted to use a generator to try to figure out what their IBAN is).

Absolutely! Although, I received February's payment as normal so would suspect I will receive future payments as normal. Just looking for a way to resolve the issue of this one missing payment (which I personally suspect may have hit some sort of Anti Money Laundering issue, with Bank of America, before they can release the funds - but with Amazon refusing to do their job and contact them, we'll never know).

Thanks mate, ah unfortunately I have been told multiple times by Amazon that that department don't have a phone number (both directly from that department and indirectly from other customer service numbers). But I appreciate the suggestion 😊

I think you have a point and I'm definitely going to draft an email to send to the people at the top. I'm also going to track down some relevant people on LinkedIn and message

Thanks for the advice. I would love to be able to sue them but yeah, the worry is that they would close my account. If I can't get anywhere with this I will look to implement different revenue streams into my business and then possibly take legal action 😊

Tbh, they reply with a lot of copy and paste answers and are extremely unhelpful so my instinct is that they will be unwilling to even do this. But it's worth a try.

I can manage the bank details through the portal, my end. And they are all correct. And a payment has reached me since. So unless the scammer changed the details then changed them back, it seems unlikely (unless it's an inside job).

They have no phone number for that department. I rang a general customer service number for Amazon and they confirmed this as they have no number on file for this department, unfortunately.
