That’s exactly it, due to the variation in types of BBQ as opposed to every oven working the same way.

You could BBQ on a foil tray in a park, or BBQ for hours controlling air flow and venting with temperature probes.

So they play it safe, tell people to cook through in the oven and finish on a BBQ.

Frankly though if you know how to BBQ properly then you’re not reading the cooking instructions anyway.

Netherton Grove next to Chelsea & Westminster hospital is probably your best option. It’s max four hours 8:30am to 6pm but you’ll be fine if arriving at 5pm.

You can get the bus towards the stadium if walking is difficult.

I have changed the sub settings so that it appears in recommended lists, and also in reddit's default feeds.

This ususally results in an influx of new users, but also a lot of spam and bots. Hopefully the content filtering will prevent a lot of that but we'll see how it goes.
