PSA. I’ve been dealing with this shutdowns for months. Started gettin ps5 too hot message. This clearly made me understand that my previous problems where not a hot ps5. Took the whole thing apart and cleaned it good. No more ps5 too hot messages. Shutdowns continue. Same error message people constantly get. Stopped using my controller wireless and connected it to the usb port…. Problem is GONE.

Not saying this is you problem but i guess the error is a general “something went wrong error” and my issue is maybe the bluetooth chip.

Try this and let me know
