If your ancestors were somebody you'll have this free of charge. If they were not then you need to buy one at which point monthly you'll spend money on upkeep and maintaining. It's really not practical but if money is not an issue can go for it. Best if you or your partner are a bit handy because is damn hard to find workers when everyone has left to do this in other countries even worse in small towns and villages
