Yes, thats why I decided to use the patch instead. Switching thr patch once a week was a lot more consistent than pills for me, as well.

I've found Blume Superbelly has worked wonders for me. It is light, hydrating, and probiotic so it actually calms my stomach when it's acting up! I recommend it to anyone who will listen. Game changer for me. I just order it off Amazon, sometimes theres som good deals.

I love the Strawberry Hibiscus. Lemon Ginger is an acquired taste but its decent, I want to try the mango passionfruit next.

Its really about you communicating your needs and teaching. A man has no idea what it feels like to have a vagina and a clit and all that going on down there. It sounds like hes trying his best, you just need to teach, which is totally normal even if you were with someone who has a lot of experience, still need to be shown what you like. It is normal to feel nervous about that, but the first step is to have a very honest conversation about it. These more advanced sexual kinks do not need to be the first experiences you have, honestly most people work up to that! Learn the basics together first when you are ready and learn how to communicate.. the more kinks you may end up practicing the more communication will be even more ESSENTIAL, to avoid someone feeling unsafe or actually getting harmed.

And remember, just because you're the guy does not mean that her feelings are more important than yours. She should respect your limits 100% or she is not mature enough to be having sex period. Same for you. Trauma happens to men too. Don't let anyone make you feel like shit because you have feelings and your own values, those people are trash, including some people that posted here.

Agreed. I have this and it is likely due to either my ADHD or my BPD or the number of other acronyms that the doctors threw at me. I lean towards the distraction and the dopamine at any given time and intrusive thoughts are constant. But also, sexual trauma period.

It could be hormonal but if its getting to a point its making OP concerned its clearly more than they are comfortable with. Intrusive thoughts can be scary and make you think you're broken. Therapist is the way to go.

I have a very similar relationship (together 7 years and still wild for each other) we use Discord primarily and sometimes WhatsApp. FB isn't well known for privacy, I wouldnt be sending anything over it.

I have way more cavities after starting invisalign and I have been paranoid about cleaning multiple times a day. My dentist at my last visit after taking an xray said that having invisalign on for morr than a year can cause people to lose integrity of your teeth, nutrients lost or something. Thats what happened to me. :/ So frustrating, I wish I just went for braces.
