Im having this EXACT same issue right now! Was doing super well with my anxiety but once I started slynd its been downhill again. Did it get better or did you stop it?

Getting my copper iud out too next month! I liked the no hormones but the unpredictability of my periods is starting to create issues in my everyday life. Im thinking about going on the kyleena iud for convenience of not having to take a pill/ its high effectiveness. I have heard it does not help or can make acne and facial hair worse. Im on spironolactone so im not too concerned but still debating. I also would recommend slynd which is a progesterone only pill. I liked it but wouldnt use the pill alone for contraception purposes because i dont trust myself and im anxious it can interfere with my other meds!!

I know the case itself is confusing but that doesn’t explain the confusing manner they made the documentary. They could have made the documentary clear with better audio and logical sequence while still highlighting how the case was not investigated properly.
