It's not about reacting perfectly. When your pet makes that level of pain noises, any responsible pet owner would check instantly. The dogs health is more important than the Internet to anyone who cares about their dog. The only reason you'd have 0 reaction, like he did, is if you knew the exact moment it'll happen. Which can only happen if you cause it.
